He is also certified by the ESMO Examination Board. With over 50 publications, Dr. Lal is an experienced national and international speaker in hematology and oncology. Since 2007, he has been serving at Tawam Hospital, contributing to medical education and patient safety through various leadership and committee roles.

Dr. Amna Al Mehairi is a Consultant Hematologist at Dubai Hospital, Dubai Health, with extensive experience in clinical hematology and the management of hematological malignancies. Dr Joanna Fraser is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with specialist expertise in the management of women and girls with inherited bleeding disorders. She holds an MD (Research) from University College London, with a research focus on inherited bleeding disorders, pregnancy, haemostasis and reproductive health. Her clinical and academic work spans the challenges of bleeding disorders across the reproductive lifespan, including menstruation, fertility, pregnancy and childbirth.
